Here we are! All settled! NOT! It may take until spring when we thaw out and find a way to empty the tons of boxes in the garage. As it is not heated in there, I am not planning on spending any time opening those boxes until it is spring or maybe even summer.

A crew of 4 men with the semi driver, Greg, unloaded the 70 foot truck last week Tuesday from 8 AM until 4 PM. When they left we had a lot of boxes with a home wrapped around it. But, we found the towels for a hot shower and the bedding for our first night at the house. It was great to sleep in our own beds and even better to be together under one roof. The next morning the work began for some of us...

But as for the kids, they started playing in the snow. Dayle and Jaron have spent countless hours out in the cold white stuff. They come in only for food and seem to not mind the bitter temps. Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Here are the fearless two going out to their box/igloos. They sure can have fun together and seem to get along better outside than in. You can see there are houses being built next door as we are in a newer neighborhood. The electrician's van you see runs all day long as the guy works in a house. It seems to make sense to me! I bet he is really thankful for cheaper gas prices!

Dayle wants me to say hello to her teacher and friends in Cali. She has gotten a few letters and even an email from her teacher/classroom. We do try to respond via snail mail but will try even harder to send a few pictures of her room and house very soon. Seems like there is always something to do and my blog may have to take a back seat for while...time for another cup of coffee! My toes are cold after looking at these pictures again......brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
