Christmas Card 2011

Christmas greetings to our friends & family!

It has been a busy but blessed year in the Bleeker household.

BROOKE is now a sophomore & loves high school with all its busyness. She just completed her second year in Cross Country at the State Meet finishing with a personal best time & wrapped up another Fall Club Soccer season. With some time off, (maybe 1 month?!) she will continue to train for Spring soccer & track as well as spend some time around our dinner table. Sure love family dinners in the winter!

LAUREN is in 8th grade & equally as busy as her older sister. She ran Cross Country (winning two meets), played volleyball & competed in Fall Club soccer as well as continues her bass clarinet in band & piano in jazz band. Track & Club Spring soccer wrap up her school year but for now she is shopping for her 8th grade graduation dress. (Does that mean high school is around the corner? Denial!)

DAYLE is in 5th grade & loves school, her teacher & friends as well as all the artist supplies she can get her hands on. She seems to always be asking to stop by Hobby Lobby as we drive home from school so she can start another project. She continues to play softball & Club soccer. (Yes…that’s 3 soccer schedules to balance!)
New for Dayle this year is playing the saxophone & she is very willing to practice
with no pressure from Mom. (Hope that lasts!)

JARON started Kindergarten the fall. I sure do miss him around the house but he was very ready & has already decided that school lunches & PE are his favorite part of the day. He keeps his calendar full with baseball, Rec soccer & his new DSi.
This winter we will work on tying those shoes…boys!

REESE is now 3 (going on 16) & just loves to keep up with the older kids’ schedules. She is always asking when we are going somewhere. (Doesn’t she know it is nice to just stay home sometimes??) She & I attend BSF in Sioux City where I get the honor of being her teacher. She is still very full of life & tends to even out-trump me from time to time! As for Doc & I, not much new here. Dairying keeps him busy & happy & busy. (Did I mention that he is busy?) The other part of the time, he is buckling in as the Bleeker bus driver as the kids seem to keep us at the gas pumps! And for me?
I keep busy & happy & busy at my full time job of CEO at the Bleeker-hold!
(Just wish I could get me a good cleaning lady!!)

May you and your family find God’s richest blessings in the Christmas season & in the New Year to come.

Jesus is the reason for the season!
